Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been using Buildwiser for many years and cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for an extremely reliable, capable and joy to work with Gas Safe heating and plumbing professional, look no further. With their quick response time and attention to detail, I have never had any issues that they have not been able to resolve. My latest emergency arose one evening when I had my boiler breakdown. It started leaking and was showing an error code, leaving me with no hot water or central heating (in the height of winter). I contacted Buildwiser to carry out a boiler repair and Jeremy came over the next day to assess the issue. He then left to retrieve the parts needed for the repair. After returning and getting started, he checked in with me along the way, letting me know what he was doing. As my boiler is in a small cupboard, it is an absolute pain to access, so I said he could lean on the counter, which he was reluctant to do, but I think it made it easier for him. Thankfully he had it all fixed and operational within hours (He mentioned returning another day to service the boiler and I asked if he could fit in there and then, which he agreed to and after pushing another client back in order to complete the job, he finished it to the highest standard. When I say they go above and beyond, I mean it!) leaving the area he had worked in spotless, like he had never been there. Reasonable prices for exemplary work, what more could anyone ask for? Thank you Buildwiser!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jeremy has been my go to plumber for over ten years. His work is excellent in every respect. He is very knowledgeable about the many aspects of plumbing , central heating etc. that he deals with, which fills me with great confidence in his work. He never gives up when dealing with a difficult problem and always seems to finds a way. He is very intelligent, articulate, and patient with any queries I might have. He is very pleasant , polite, and honest to have around. I would thoroughly recommend Jeremy if you ever need a great plumber/ central heating engineer.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I wanted a new smart thermostat system that would centralise and simplify various eccentric controls for UFH, radiators and hot water tank. A trusted electrician recommended Jeremy as an engineer who would roll up his sleeves and get to grips with my fiendishly complicated setup. Jeremy gave me excellent advice on smart thermostats/apps etc, and patiently wrestled sense into my lunatic heating system. I can now — as I hoped — control everything on my phone. I’m very happy with Jeremy’s work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Jeremy from Buildwiser to come and fix our boiler upon returning late on a Sunday to find it broken. He was polite, helpful, and efficient. I have no hesitation to recommend Buildwiser to anyone.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jeremy is awesome. The most reliable plumber, electrician, gas person. He has never let me down. I am so glad we found him in London when we moved here. We would be lost without him. I highly recommend him!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service in WC1 installing/replacing our radiators in our flat. Because we are on a communal heating system, plumbers tend to give us a wide berth and it can be difficult to find someone willing to do the work. Also we have always had problems with plumbers not turning up or cancelling the job at the very last minute. We had no such problems with Jeremy, he came when he said he would and did the job without any fuss.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jeremy was fantastic! He was highly recommended and was available to come and have a talk about what needed doing before work was undertaken at a suitable date. Having moved and replaced our boiler with a new effeciant condensing boiler as well as the piping and any other bits. This was a big job, he was here for a few days, he made sure he everything was clean and tidy after. He was also friendly and courteous. He works hard is always available to answer any questions or explain how things work. It's hard to find someone you trust however I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work doing as well as using him for anything in the future.
